      Returns

      Your order has a two-day return window following delivery. We are unable to accommodate your request for a refund or exchange once more than 2 days have passed since you received your product. If an item satisfies one or more of the following requirements, it can be eligible for return within the applicable return window.

      • Upon delivery, damaged.
      • There are no accompanying items or components.
      • What was obtained is different from what was requested.

      Ensure the return cargo contains all original accessories, warranty cards, and price tags. To complete a return, you must have a receipt or other proof of purchase. The cost of shipping is not refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping costs will be subtracted.

      Depending on where you reside, the swapped item can take longer to arrive. You can reduce hazards by using a trackable delivery service or shipment insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll get your returned item.

      REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

      A confirmation email will be sent from Shinyora, managed by Novaweb Technologies Private Limited, to you after we have received and examined your returned item. If your request for a refund is approved or rejected, we will let you know as well. We will process the refund if the product passes the quality inspection.
